Payment Policies
Payment is accepted through the Client Portal. A card will need to be kept on file but can be changed anytime through the Client Portal. The fee is charged after the session between 12:00 am - 2:00 am.
Cancellation Policies
If you must cancel less than 24 hours prior to a session, there is no fee if it is possible for you to reschedule within the same week. If therapist/client availability makes that impossible, the late cancellation fee is $25. This fee can be waived once every six months (1x every 6 months), and subsequently may be waived in the event of a true emergency Please note that this fee cannot be charged to HSA or FSA accounts.
If you are running late to a session, please notify your therapist as soon as possible. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to a session and have not notified your therapist prior to 15 minutes past the scheduled start time of your session, you will be considered a “no show” to your appointment.
You will be charged a “no show” fee if you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time and do not provide appropriate communication that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment prior to the start of your scheduled appointment. The “no show” fee is $75 for individual therapy. This fee cannot be charged to HSA or FSA accounts.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
